Presentation of the project for the development of the glass industry in Central Vietnam
Between the 4th and the 8th November 2013 the Vietnamese partners were familiarised with the results of the works that had been carried out during the year 2013 in the manner of PowerPoint presentations, newsletters and a Press Release. Specialists working for the G E T Ltd. Company, the implementer of the project, handed out copies of the Final Report to the representatives of the partner organisation including the evaluation of the Phong Xuan (dolomitic limestone for the glass industry), Thuong Quang (limestone) and Bot Do (feldspar) deposits. The presentations of these results at the GDGMV headquarters in Hanoi and at the University of Sciences in Hue City were attended by experts from the Vietnamese State Geological Survey, employees of the Provincial and the Local Governments, academics, experts and students of geological disciplines.
